Submitting a booking inquiry through our site does not constitute a legally binding event contract. A formal contract will be drafted and signed directly between you (the client) and the specific hotel venue. Zentgamelane is not liable for disputes arising between the venue and the client.
While we strive to keep all hotel information, capacities, and estimated pricing accurate and up-to-date, these figures are subject to change by the respective hotels without notice. Final pricing is always determined by the hotel's official quote.
